The venue occupies the ground floor of the historic Bazus Building. Original cypress ceilings, windows, doors and exposed brick walls set the tone. The layout accommodates everything from seated dinners to standing cocktail receptions — and transforms easily between configurations.

Audio: Bose surround sound system with streaming capability. Connect your phone or laptop for background music, playlists, or spoken presentations.
Display: 65″ wall-mounted Sony QLED TV for slideshows, photo montages, or presentations.

The on-site prep kitchen is equipped for staging and service — not full cooking, but everything your caterer needs to plate, hold, and serve.

We don’t mandate a vendor list. Bring your preferred caterer, or handle food yourself — whatever works for your event. The prep kitchen is ready either way.
The Cypress Bar
A 6-foot antique cypress bar anchors the space, complete with bar accessories and glassware.
Your options:
- Licensed bar service: We work with a contract-licensed bartending service, priced per person.
- Self-supplied alcohol: Available for a nominal fee. Bridal and wedding showers are exempt from this fee.
- Non-alcoholic beverages: Bring your own.
Make It Yours
The historic character of the space means you can go minimal — let the cypress and brick do the work — or dress it up with linens, centerpieces, backdrops, and florals. Your call.
Options:
- DIY: Decorate as you like. We’ll work with you on setup timing.
- Full service: We offer decoration packages for any event type, including table linens, centerpieces, and backdrops.
